Welcome to FellowShip. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FellowShip, a social media scheduling application operated by Digital X Prairie LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By using FellowShip, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

FellowShip is a social media scheduling application that allows you to:

• Connect your TikTok account using TikTok's official Login Kit
• Upload video content for scheduled posting
• Schedule posts to be automatically published to TikTok at specified times
• Manage and track your scheduled and posted content

2. TikTok Integration

FellowShip integrates with TikTok through their official APIs:

• Login Kit: Used to securely authenticate your TikTok account and authorize FellowShip to post on your behalf.
• Content Posting API: Used to upload and publish your scheduled videos to TikTok.

By connecting your TikTok account, you authorize FellowShip to access your account information and post content according to your scheduling preferences.

3. User Responsibilities

When using FellowShip, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when connecting your accounts
• Only post content that you own or have rights to share
• Comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Not use FellowShip for any unlawful or prohibited purposes
• Keep your account credentials secure

4. Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to FellowShip. We do not claim any ownership of your videos, captions, or other content. We only store and transmit your content as necessary to provide the scheduling service.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain FellowShip's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled posts may be delayed or fail due to:

• TikTok API availability or changes
• Network connectivity issues
• System maintenance or updates

We recommend verifying important posts were published successfully.

6. Limitation of Liability

FellowShip is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of FellowShip, including but not limited to failed or delayed posts, account issues, or content-related problems.

7. Account Termination

You may disconnect your TikTok account and stop using FellowShip at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to users who violate these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of FellowShip after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
